  Just a quick update, I noticed that Avatar is killing it on the top selling Blu-rays on Amazon currently. Avatar 2-4K is coming in 2nd, Avatar 1-4K is coming in 4th, Avatar 2-3D is coming in 6th, and the Avatar 2-Blu-ray is coming in 8th. Those are phenomenal numbers for the preorder and again just shows how Avatar 2 has picked right back up off the success of Avatar, even after 13 years between movies. www.avatarsequels.com

 Another epic find by sisteroftulkun on Instagram. I keep crediting her in every post lately, but she's been posting all the new stuff the last couple of days. Go give her a follow! This time we are getting yet another book from DK Publishing, Avatar - The Official Cookbook of Pandora, recipes inspired by the world of Avatar. This is a super cool idea, and could be a lot of fun to try and create your own Pandora inspired recipes at home. Thanks to UK Amazon we also get a nice preview of the book, and it helps gives us a preview of what to expect from the recipes.   These are some interesting recipes to say the least, the book is 160 pages, and has a current release date of November 21st of this year.   Thanks once again to sisteroftulkun as I saw her share this first on Instagram. DK publishing is releasing an Avatar Coloring Book. It's set to release on November 28th of this year, is going to be 80 pages in length, and is available now for pre-order on Amazon.   It's nice to see some new merch slated for later in 2023, that along with the upcoming DVD/Blu Ray releases gives us some more fun content this year. Hey all, so some fun news was revealed on People.com today that Avatar 2 The Way of Water is going to be available on 4K UHD, Blu Ray 3D, and a Blu-ray DVD combo starting on June 20th. Also on June 20th the original Avatar will be offered in 4K UHD for the first time. There are going to be a few different versions available.    First up we have the 4K UHD Avatar 1 release. This release is going to have two brand new bonus features,  Memories from Avatar, and Avatar-A look back. John Refoua, Avatar 1 and 2 editor passed away on May 14th, his wife Serena Refoua posted a touching post on Facebook about the situation- Dear friends, my brilliant, sweet, creative husband John Djahanshah Refoua passed away last night May 14 surrounded by family and friends who loved him. He was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare bile duct cancer, 15 months ago. Despite the pain and complexities of this aggressive disease, he faced it with courage and grit. He continued to work and edit on James Cameron’s Avatar 3 right up to his final weeks. His life’s trajectory was quite unique and anything he touched, he made better. He loved music, movies, politics, traveling, vintage cars, science fiction, and his 4 year old granddaughter Avery Sophia. We will miss his generosity and wisdom. His family is in my prayers, what a loss for them, and for the Avatar family. His wife also posted a link to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation where your donation is used to help find a cur

  Today Avatar announced that Avatar-The Way of Water will be streaming on Disney+ starting June 7th. I must say, what a beautiful poster that announced this release too.  Thankfully for us fans we've had access to Avatar 2 through digital purchase since March 28th. But it should reach a whole new group of fans on Disney+ that didn't go to the theater to see it, therefor not purchasing it digitally yet either. The one thing I'm finding surprising is that it is going to release on Disney+ before it releases in physical form. I'm really looking forward to being able to get Avatar 1, and 2 in 4K blu ray.   www.avatarsequels.com

 Since it's been awhile since we've heard any official updates on Avatar-Frontiers of Pandora, I wanted to recap what we have learned most recently. A twitter user by the name of @ScriptLeaksR6 shared some interesting images with us.  This one appears to be part of a larger image, possibly box or title screen art. I love how it show's some of the difference biomes we will get to explore, plus some of the customization options. We got this great look at a character riding an ikran wearing accessories we haven't seen in any other Avatar mediums to date. Giving us a glimpse at some of whats to come in customization for our ikran. We got a look at what looks to be our character in first person engaged with an AMP Suit with some upgrades. This is great to see because it give us a small glimpse at what we will see in this first person as we fight the RDA.   These are just something I was having a little fun with yesterday after a nice rain. Captured Tonowari riding his Skimwing in a stream behind my house, and Ikeyni on her banshee near that same stream. It's pretty quick and easy to then blend the photo where the stands are and make the Skimwing appear as if he's actually swimming down the stream with Tonowari perched on her, and make Ikeyni's banshee look as if it's flying through the woods.
